Extreme's Job Creation Well Under Way, Including Hiring of Veterans

Extreme Energy Solutions, delivers not only products and services related to the green industry, it delivers on job creation. The company has been very progressive in staffing the company for future growth needs; its corporate center located in Ogdensburg, NJ. Extreme has expanded its ability to reach markets and clients throughout the Northeast, adding highly qualified individuals to carry the message to "Go Green With The Same Machine".

New additions include Deborah Levine, as COO/Executive Vice President. Ms. Levine has worked for many energy and environmental firms, including with ARCO Gas & Oil. Levine is a Certified Sustainability Manager, Certified Sustainable Supply Chain Manager, and currently the Energy Commissioner for the Town of West Orange. She has a B.A. in Geology from Colgate University in Geology.
Also joining the company is James Friesen, who is completing the position of Assistant Tech Director and Regional Manager of the New Jersey South Team. He has an impressive record in the US Air Force (retired), as a Senior Coordinator and Element Leader in Equipment Maintenance and Repairs. Friesen, a Certified Cisco Academy Instructor, brings a new dynamic to the Tech Departments Training Program and Customer Service Model.
Mr. William Lamb has recently been elected to the Board of Directors as the Board Parliamentarian and has been the Regional Manager for the Greater New York Team. Mr. Lamb's brings him the expertise as financial officer for 36 years, including being a military Officer in the US Navy (retired). Lamb has a two year degree in Business and is an active member in his community as a member and founder of his local EMS.
New Regional Representatives that have joined the Sales and Marketing Department include Bill Wright, Bill Pereca, and John Troyer. Under the leadership of Army Veteran and Senior Regional Representative Jeffrey Lamb, and Former Business Owner and Senior Regional Representative Mario Aldini, Regional Representatives are the educators and communicators to the clients about Extreme products and services.
Rosanne Turkington completes the role of Executive Assistant and HR. She has a vast amount of experience in Project Management, and has a B.S. in Business Management/ Sales and Marketing from Montclair State University.
Technical Team has been enhanced by the addition of Andy Fisher, and C. Michael Holler. Mr. Fisher's role is in installation and servicing technical retrofits, who comes from the car dealer service center environment. Mr. Holler a Technical Consultant, will be serving as an assistant in constructing technical instructional training programs, as well as offering research and development consulting services. Mr. Holler is a Fuel Economy Expert, recognized by US Federal Court. He has also written several articles and two books relating to fuel economy and vehicle performance.
