Extreme Energy Solutions Celebrates Landmark Year
Tuesday, December 31, 2013 • 3:23pm
International expansion, recognition on the world wide stage, featured on the Discovery Channel; and that is just a few of the benchmarks experienced by the fast paced growing technology manufacturer called Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc., located in Ogdensburg, New Jersey. 2013 was a landmark year, where the company experienced much growth with sales of its flagship product, the SMART Emissions Reducer, in Canada, China, Saudi Arabia, and had market introduction of the product to India, Jordan, and Oman. Extreme has continues to enjoy a journey with much of the foundation in place during 2013, setting the stage for high expectations in 2014 and beyond.
Some of 2013 highlights include recognition of the company’s innovation, its business model, and its contribution to enhancing its presence in the community it calls home. In March, Extreme Energy Solutions was honored with the 2013 NOVA Award, presented by the World Green Energy Symposium, and later in August was recognized by the Passaic Valley FOP Lodge 181 and presented an official proclamation naming Extreme Energy Solutions, Inc., 2013 Company of the Year, in its respective industry. Furthered by much positive momentum in the press, was the airing of a segment of Today in America, hosted and narrated by Terry Bradshaw, which featured Extreme, and was shown on the Discovery Channel.
Extreme also expanded its business model and market space, including cooperative programs that assisted in proving the viability of the SMART Emissions Reducer device in both the private and public sector. Positive results were experienced and recognized during the trial programs with the Philadelphia Parking Authority, Werner Bus Lines, and Go Green Inc. NCR Transport Services; all whom experienced both a reduction in harmful emissions output while enjoying the benefit of fuel savings. Extreme was well received by the business and government delegations of the country of Jordan and Oman, who had interest in Extreme’s technical contribution to emissions reduction initiatives. Across the border, the Aboriginal Family Service Centre in Saskatchewan was the first Canadian government agency to adopt the SMART Emissions Reducer as a part of its fleet practice. Extreme also met with delegations from China and Saudi Arabia.
In an attempt for the SMART Emissions Reducer to become main stream, Extreme partnered with Straub GMC Buick, of Keyport, NJ, in making the device available through its service department and through its showroom. The Extreme Kleaner product line also saw some advancement, where Extreme partnered with selected local distributors who now carry the cleaner degreaser in their retail and wholesale locations, which include locations that span from the New Jersey New York tri-state area to Virginia.
Extreme has also been a major contributor in adding value to the community, as a local and regional job creator, to assisting with non-profit causes, including aiding Veterans during their time of need; Extreme never forgot its ties to Main Street.
“Our success is the communities’ success. As a part of our business model, we believe in giving back to the community that we call home. The more success we have the more sales we have, the more we can allocate toward making a positive impact within our community,” stated Samuel K. Burlum, CEO/President of Extreme Energy Solutions.
“In a short period of time we have gone from a small regional business, to a company which provided its products and services coast to coast, and then we experienced a breakout year in 2013, where we had the opportunity to share our technology on a worldwide stage. It’s a true testament to the value of our product, the SMART Emissions Reducer, and our Team who have stayed committed to the cause through our times of growth. We have built a solid foundation in 2013; and I am looking forward to utilizing that foundation to spring board into 2014,” Burlum added.
Extreme has not sat idle moving into 2014. It has been working diligently on expanding its list of trial program participants; it has contributed content for consideration as a part of public policy, and has been continuing to expand its product lines and product awareness, both here in the United States and abroad, thus creating a valuable export.
