WEST ORANGE, NJ - Essex County Executive Joe DiVincenzo declared a snow emergency this afternoon in the face of the current storm forecast. No parking and tow away zone laws will be enforced on all Essex County roads beginning at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 8. This will optimize snow removal as necessary.                                 

Also,  all Essex County Park System senior buildings and roadways will be closed beginning Friday. There will be no visitation at he Essex County Correctional Facility on Friday or Saturday.
