WESTFIELD, NJ—At a free program on Wed., March 13, at 7 p.m., Westfield Memorial Library and MURAL cardholders will have the opportunity to enjoy “Great American Songbook Favorites” as sung by Carol Erikson.

Known in the industry as a gifted story teller with a sweet voice, Erikson—now pursuing music after 40 years as a nurse—will sing standards by beloved composers including Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, George and Ira Gershwin and Hoagy Carmichael.
