Dill and Madden Win Unopposed for Summit Common Council

SUMMIT, NJ - Councilman Richard Madden and former Councilman Albert Dill, Jr. have won seats on the Summit Common Council. In unofficial results, Dill received 2,285 votes while Madden received 2,260 votes.
