SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ – Darby Road held their first annual St. Patrick’s Day Festival this weekend, from Friday evening through Sunday.
They pitched a tent in back of the restaurant where traditional Irish fare was available for purchase, with plenty of live entertainment. The cover charge of $5 was donated to the Police Athletic League (PAL).
Families came out to enjoy pony rides, a variety of live bands, Irish dancers from the Marie Moore School of Irish Dance and the Deirdre Shea School of Irish Dancing and face painting.
