Cranford Restaurants Featured in New Cooking Show

Chefs from many of Cranford’s restaurants will be sharing their recipes and cooking secrets with viewers in a new show, The Cranford Dish, a show about cooking and good food. The show airs on TV 35. Host Kathleen Miller Prunty recently visited with Chef Naved Ferdinands of Pairings palate+plate for the first show, which includes interviews with owners Carol Murphy and Vincent Clyne.
Chef Ferdinands takes viewers through each step of his preparation of scallops and succotash using fresh, local ingredients. The show can be seen at 7 pm weeknights and 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday. You can view the episode here.
Upcoming episodes include ice cream made from scratch at Vanilla Bean Creamery, a visit to the gardens and kitchen at a toute heure and making a specialty at Dinner in a Pinch.
TV 35 will continue taping more shows at Old City Café & Grill, Kilkenny House, Cheese…Please, Cranford Hotel, Lidia’s Cuban Kitchen, Garlic Rose and The Cake Artist.
