Jeffrey David Halpern, Vice President-Branch Manager of Coccia Realty, Madison, recently announced that Ann –Marie Shreehan, formerly of Weichert Realtors, recently joined the firm as a Realtor.

A full-time Realtor, Ann-Marie, she spends the time necessary to assist her client’s needs.  Whether with a buyer or seller, she gets an understanding of their real estate goals, this in turn, gives her the where-with-all to help them accomplish them.

Prior to a real estate career, Ann-Marie worked several years as a legal secretary for number of real estate attorneys and has extensive experience in title insurance.  Although she deals with all types of residential real estate, she specializes in condominiums as she ently has bought and sold and rented the same.
