Jeffrey David Halpern, Vice President-Branch Manager of Coccia Realty of Madison, recently introduced four new members to their sales team.

“We are very excited to add 3 experienced and one newly licensed agents to our growing company,” states Halpern, “They bring different aspects to our company as well as an energy to this already energetic and growing company.”

Kathleen “Kathy” R. Ricketts, Broker-Sales Associate has been a New Jersey Real Estate Licensee since 2003 and Broker since 2011.  She brings excitement and knowledge to Coccia.  Prior to joining Coccia Realty, she was a Broker-Manager of another real estate company. “One reason, I came to this company is its growth.  I can work in any of their five offices.  However, my main reason is that I receive lots of leads and yet the company does not require me to pay any lead fees as other companies do.”

Charles “Ward” Miller, brings a calming influence to the office and to his clients which has resulted in many successful transactions.  “I joined Coccia for their tools and support,” says Miller.  “I believe these stand out amongst other companies in the area.”

Walter Mantilla, originally received his license from Weichert Realtors, and most recently re-activated his license with the intention to assist investor buyers as he has done himself.  He is bi-lingual speaking both English and Spanish, therefore, able to service a wide variety of buyers and sellers.  "I walked into this amazing office and knew this is where I wanted to be."

Nancy Moy, just acquired her real estate license.  Her background includes technology and HR.  “I am excited about the personalized training they offer,” Moy discusses, “it is geared to fit my level of learning.  I am also excited about the very aggressive compensation program, in which I have a choice of which compensation program best fits my needs.”
