Thursday, March 21, 2013 • 1:41pm
On Monday, April 8 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm at SAGE Eldercare, Michelle Papka, Ph.D., Director of the Cognitive Research Center of New Jersey, will discuss the latest clinical trials for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Papka’s presentation will give an overview of the disease, how it affects the brain and current treatment options.
“Clinical trials provide vital information that will hopefully change the course of Alzheimer’s disease and improve the lives of those who are affected by it, including family members and caregivers,” stated Dr. Michelle Papka. “Being aware of these updates and trials and what the results indicate is beneficial to anyone who is affected by the disease and those who care for someone with it.”
To register or learn more about the program, call 908.598.5548 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The program, which is free and open to the public, will be held at SAGE Eldercare, 290 Broad Street in Summit.
