Center For Health and Wellness Holds Open House

The Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center’s (ACC) Center for Health and Wellness, an exercise facility that offers a unique exercise program designed specifically for individuals with special health concerns is hosting Open House week May 30 – June 1. Come to open house week and meet one-on-one with an exercise physiologist to tour our facility, view our brand new equipment and ask any questions you may have about our services. Discounted rates and specials will be offered for those who join!
Our staff of exercise physiologists is trained to work with generally healthy populations following exercise guidelines to increase one's strength, cardiovascular function, balance and flexibility. In addition, our staff is knowledgeable of various medical conditions and has experience altering exercise programs to fit the needs of individuals with limitations or restrictions. Our Center also works in conjunction with the Siegler Center for Integrative Medicine for patients registered for 3 month weight loss, 3 month cancer wellness, diabetes management and multiple sclerosis wellness programs.
The Center is located at 200 South Orange Avenue, Livingston, NJ in the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center overlooking the picturesque pond and picnic grove. Our exclusive entrance and parking lot are located on the east side of the building for the convenience of our members.
