Brinton Eaton, an SEC-registered wealth advisory firm based in New Jersey, announced today that financial analysts Janet L. Critchley and Matthew DiQuollo have been awarded the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ^TM designation.

Janet has been a financial analyst with Brinton Eaton for three years.  Prior to joining Brinton Eaton, Janet worked for KPMG and Eisner LLP for over 25 years as a senior manager working on tax compliance, planning, and research, and participating in the development and design of financial plans both domestic and international.  She holds a B.S. degree in accounting from Upsala College and an M.S. in taxation from Seton Hall University.  Janet is a CPA and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. She is also a registered investment advisor and has earned Series 63 and 65 licenses from FINRA.  Janet is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Matt has been with Brinton Eaton for over two years.  Matt has ten years’ experience working in capital markets trading, both in brokerage and asset management.  Matt started his career on the trading desk at Fleet Bank and Bank of New York.  Later, he became a trader at Vardon Capital Management, an investment management firm that at its peak had $800 million in assets under management.  He holds a B.A. degree from Villanova University.
