CRANFORD, NJ - On Sunday, Sept. 15, Republican Assembly Leader Jon Bramnick joined Senator Tom Kean Jr. and Assemblywoman Nancy Muñoz (R-Union, Morris and Somerset) at the Cranford Hotel to support the “Bike4ALS” fundraiser, which supports individuals coping with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease.”
“ALS is a terrible disease that affects many people and families in our communities,” said Bramnick. “I commend the participants of the Bike4ALS fundraiser for working to raise awareness and funds for ALS.”
The event was a finish line party for a group of bicyclists that road 400 miles from Cranford to Washington D.C. and back to raise funds for the Robert Wood Johnson Neuromuscular and ALS Center.
