BootCampWF Welcomes All to Free Demo EXTREME & LITE Classes

BootCampWF, Westfield’s premiere, healthy-living OUTDOOR fitness training program, is kicking off its Fall Session with FREE DEMO classes on Tuesday September 10th. Please join us at 5:45 am for BCWF Extreme and at 9:15 am for BCWF Lite. ALL ARE WELCOME – BRING YOUR FRIENDS!!!
BootCampWF’s fall session runs September 11-October 23.
BootCampWF is a specially designed 6-week fitness program offering a wide variety of classes to help you achieve optimal fitness. Designed for those new or just returning to exercise, BCWF Lite is a gentler approach to working out, where the focus is on reconnecting with your body and getting it moving on a regular basis in a supportive and nature-filled environment. The intensity level will be low to moderate. There is absolutely NO RUNNING required, although you can if you want to!
For those who want to take the intensity of BootCampWF up to the next level, BCWF Extreme will push you beyond your limits with workouts packed with nonstop drills of strength, power, resistance, heart-pounding cardio and ultimate ab and core moves. You can top off a few days of BootCampWF workouts with one day of BCWF Extreme, or challenge yourself to the EXTREME every time! The choice is yours!
BCWF workouts are held MW&F at 5:45 and 9:15 am and Saturdays at 8:00 am. BCWF Extreme is T&Th at 5:45 am, and BCWF Lite is T&Th at 9:15 am. BCWF TRX classes are T&Th at 10:30 am. Workouts begin in Tamaques Park by the basketball courts.
BootCampWF starts off (and finishes!) with FREE optional fitness assessments of recruits on Monday, September 9th at 6:00 and 9:15 am to allow participants to measure progress over the 6-week session. We will also conduct an optional weigh-in and body-fat evaluation.
