Sharpen your skills, boost your confidence on the greens and help make YMCA summer camp a reality for local area children.
Book a Ladies’ Golf Clinic spot for the Madison Area YMCA’s Charity Golf Classic on Monday, June 16, 2014, at the Morris County Golf Club in Morristown. Other ways to support the Y’s golf classic and help send kids to Y summer camp include becoming a sponsor, volunteering, donating an auction item, or booking a dinner reservation.
Dinner reservations, which include auctions, are available for a $125 donation per person; tables of eight for $900. Golf pro Karen Noble, who leads the Ladies Clinic, will teach chipping, fairway shots and putting. Available for $200, the package includes the clinic from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., beverages and the dinner reception and auctions, which start at 5:30 p.m. Last year’s charity event helped fund 234 weeks of Madison Area YMCA summer camp. Proceeds from this year’s Charity Golf Classic will make Y summer camp, membership and enriching Y programs available for children and families who otherwise could not fully afford to participate, helping to ensure that children in need can attend YMCA day camps for structured, supervised learning, recreation and summer fun! To sign up for limited tournament spots, book dinner reservations, book a Ladies’ Golf Clinic spot, volunteer or become a sponsor, please contact Golf Event Manager Chelsea Creo at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 973-822-9622 ext. 2266.
