Body Found Along South Clinton Ave., Circumstances Ruled Suspicious

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ – Borough officials have reported a woman’s body was found Sunday afternoon by utility workers near the corner of Gardner Avenue and South Clinton Avenue. Police are reporting the body appears to have been laying in the wooded area for some time. Police are awaiting autopsy results to know the exact cause of death, but police are ruling the death as suspicious.

Police reported the body was found in a small wooded area just off Gardner Avenue. Gardner is the back entrance road to the South Plainfield Home Depot.
