MIRANDA LAMBERT WITH DIERKS BENTLEY

SATURDAY, JANUARY 26               7:30 PM

Miranda Lambert with Dierks Bentley bring their LOCKED & RE-LOADED Tour to Boardwalk Hall Saturday, January 26, with special guest Thomas Rhett.  Tickets are $85, $65, $45 and $35.  This Live Nation concert is presented by Caesars Atlantic City.

 

INDOOR AUTO RACING

The NAPA Auto Parts Atlantic City Indoor Auto Races will return to Boardwalk Hall for the eleventh year under the promotion of Len Sammons.  The Three-Quarter Midgets hit speeds upwards of 70 mph while running around a course set up on the historic landmark Boardwalk Hall concrete floor. Feature events find a minimum of 24 cars taking the green flag providing some hair-raising action for fans. Each year professional race car drivers from many different segments of the sport; and over 10 different states, compete at the event. The Champ Kart and Slingshot divisions will also be included in the exciting Atlantic City race weekend. Racing will begin on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Each night will include qualifying races and a feature event for the headline division.

Tickets for Friday are $25 for front row reserved; $20 for lower level reserved, $17 for upper level reserved, $15 for general admission adults, and $5 for general admission kids 12 and under.  Tickets for Saturday are priced at $30 for front row reserved, $25 for lower level reserved, $22 for upper level reserved, $20 for general admission adults, and $5 general admission kids 12 and under.  These prices do not include facility fees.  Tickets are $5 off the adult general admission price for groups of 10 or more.  Call 609-348-7023 for Group Sales.  Please note that Premium seats sell out quickly!  Advance ticket buyers will be admitted into the building a half hour early and will gain admission to FanFest on the track at 5 p.m. Saturday. GROUP WEDDING, VOW RENEWAL AND CIVIL UNION CEREMONY

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 14               2:00 PM (Ballroom)

BRONER  VS.  REES NIGHT OF BOXING

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 16              6:00 PM

Professional boxing is back in the arena! Undefeated Adrien Broner returns to Boardwalk Hall to take on Gavin Rees and defend his WBC Lightweight title. Broner last fought at Boardwalk Hall November 17, winning an 8th round TKO against Antonio DeMarco.  Also on the card is a rematch between heavyweights Johnathon Banks and Seth Mitchell. Banks KOed Mitchell in their last fight, also staged at Boardwalk Hall November 17. Tickets are $202, $102, $51 and $26.  Presented by Golden Boy Promotions, R&R Promotions and Caesars Atlantic City.

 

THE WHO: QUADROPHENIA AND MORE

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2013                   7:30 PM

THE WHO, one of rock’s legendary and defining bands, have announced a major North American arena tour where they’ll perform their iconic 1973 double album QUADROPHENIA in its entirety, along with a selection of WHO classics.  They will make a stop at Boardwalk Hall on February 22. Tickets are $129.50, $82.50, $59.50 and $39.50. Vintage Trouble has been announced as the opening act.

 

The critically acclaimed QUADROPHENIA marked the British band’s second rock opera (after Tommy), raised the bar for rock albums as an art form and hit #2 on the U.S. Billboard album chart.  Founding members ROGER DALTREY and PETE TOWNSHEND will be joined by Zak Starkey (drums), Pino Palladino (bass), Simon Townshend (guitar/backing vocals), Chris Stainton (keyboards), Loren Gold (keyboards/backing vocals) and Frank Simes (musical director, keyboards/backing vocals).

AHL ALBANY DEVILS VS. HERSHEY BEARS

The Albany Devils will check back into Boardwalk Hall for their final regular season hockey game and it’s a “Sweet Deal” for all fans with some fast, hard checking action on the ice and a chance to score great prizes all afternoon. Win gift certificates to Atlantic City Restaurant Week, local eateries and ShopRite supermarkets, overnight stays at Caesars Atlantic City and tickets to upcoming Boardwalk Hall events.  The Albany Devils serve as the top developmental team for the three-time Stanley Cup Champion New Jersey Devils. Last season, 15 players appeared in games for both the 2012 NHL Eastern Conference Champions and Albany.

 

Individual games are priced as follows: $26 for the first two rows on the glass, $21 for the lower bowl, and $16 for the upper bowl.   Special rates are available for kids 2-12, seniors 65+, military, students, and groups of 10 or more. These discounted rates are priced at $16 for the lower bowl and $11 for the upper bowl. NJSIAA NEW JERSEY STATE HIGH SCHOOL WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS

MARCH 8, 9 & 10                    VARIOUS TIMES

The tournament is the highlight of the year for the sport of wrestling and is open to all New Jersey high schools. Competition begins Friday March 8 at 5 p.m. for preliminaries and pre-quarter finals. Quarter-finals and wrestle-backs I and II are Saturday, March 9 at 10 a.m.  Following the morning session, Boardwalk Hall will clear the facility and re-open doors at 4 p.m. for the 5 p.m. evening session of the semi-finals and wrestle-backs III and IV.  On Sunday, March 10, competition begins at 10 a.m. for consolations, followed by the finals and awards ceremony at 2 p.m.  Doors open one hour prior to each session.

 

All-session tickets for groups and non-groups are on sale now at the Boardwalk Hall Box Office and through Ticketmaster.  For group sales via e-mail or mail order, orders will be accepted through Friday, February 8.  All-session tickets will be priced at $40 per ticket.

 

Groups must consist of a minimum of 15 people and a maximum of 50. A $15 service charge will also be added to all group orders. Single-session reserved tickets on sale now and priced at $10 per session. Note: All student and senior tickets must be purchased in person at the Box Office with ID. Senior citizens (65 and older), children (2-12) and students with a valid grade school or high school ID are eligible for a $2 ticket purchased the weekend of the event.

2013 ECAC HOCKEY MEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP

FRI. MARCH 22;  SAT. MARCH 23      VARIOUS TIMES

ECAC Hockey returns in this two day NCAA Division I Men’s Championship.  The event will bring four teams from the elite ECAC Hockey conference, comprised of 12 of the most prestigious men’s ice hockey programs in the nation. Two games will be contested on Friday, March 22 and two games will be played on Saturday, March 23.  ECAC Hockey consists of Division I hockey teams from the following institutions: Brown, Clarkson, Colgate, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Quinnipiac, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Union and Yale. All-session tickets are on sale now and priced at $42 for upper level seats, $52 for lower level seats and $87 for first two rows on the glass.
