Beth Pokotilow Fink after many years of leaving Livingston has returned to become the Senior Catering Sales Manager at the Westminster Hotel. She left  in 1998 to pursue her interest  in the hospitality industry and Graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.  She then studied at NYU completing her Masters degree in Food Studies and Food Management.  For the past 10 years Beth has been working in New York City where she planned Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and all types of special events for venues including the University Club, Bridgewaters, and Twenty Four Fifth.
