Berkeley Heights Public Library Offers Career Programs In the Month Of October

BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ - The Berkeley Heights Public Library will be offering four free career workshops in October. 

Saturday, Oct. 5 - Job Search Using Social Media with Dr. Colleen Georges,  certified professional in online job search and reputation management, co-author of ‘Contagious Optimism’.  Program starts at 10:00 a.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 9 - Work From Home Now, finding legitimate telecommuting and flexible jobs with Noelle Frieson, founder and CEO of JobProsper.com. Program is from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 16 - Ready For a Change In Career? Are you considering a career or job change?  Are you ready to re-enter the job market?  A talk by Diane Lang, therapist, educator & life coach, author of ‘Creating Balance and Finding Happiness’ and ‘Baby Steps: the Path from Motherhood to Care'.  Program starts at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 23 - First Impressions, If you can only make one first impression, make it count.  Join us for tips on how to best present yourself at interviews.  Get tips from style consultant Rosie Battista and cosmetic consultant Laurie Gaulke.  Program starts at 7:00.
