Wednesday, Oct. 2 - 8th Annual Berkeley Heights Good Scout Award Dinner at 6:30 p.m. at The Primavera Regency, 1080 Valley Road, Stirling. This year’s honorees are Joseph Allegra, Dolores Scott Croneberger, Kathleen A. Harrison, and Sue Johnson. The event chairman is Ciro Scalera, a 2007 Berkeley Heights Good Scout Award recipient and an active volunteer in the Berkeley Heights community. Friday, Oct. 4 - Highlander Booster Club Annual Beefsteak Dinner at 7p.m. at Mt. Carmel Hall, 56 River Road, Berkeley Heights. The Highlander Booster Club will be hosting their The Annual Booster Club Beefsteak Dinner on October 4, at Mount Carmel Hall, 56 River Road, Berkeley Heights from 7-11 p.m. The all you can eat feast includes their famous sliced tenderloin on french bread, french fries, pickles, ice cream and adult beverages. This adult-only social evening will feature DJ and dancing, 50/50, Basket Raffle and test your luck at the Money Wheel. Tickets are $45 per person. Tables of 10 are available. Saturday, Nov. 16 - Gov. Livingston PTO Clothing Drive, You can help support Governor Livingston's PTO by bringing usable, wearable clothing including shoes, belts, handbags, hats, tablecloths, bedspreads, sheets, towels, small toys and stuffed animals. All donations must be in plastic bags. Your support is highly appreciated and all donations are tax deductible. We will also be collecting used ink cartridges and cell phones for recycling. Governor Livingston High School is located at 175 Watchung Boulevard, Berkeley Heights.
