LIVINGSTON, NJ– Beatrice Kandell, Esq., Skoloff & Wolfe P.C. www.skoloffwolfe.com, served on a Panel that highlighted child custody issues in the 21st century. This Panel was hosted by the New Jersey Institute For Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE). Ms. Kandell spoke on the subject of grandparent visitation.
Sweeping changes in the way our society functions and interacts have filtered through to child custody issues, including custody arrangements, interaction between spouses as well as between parents and children, and even how spouses express or communicate their frustrations with other family members. This essential seminar provided much needed insight into some of the most pressing problems in custody disputes, as well as sound strategies to quickly resolve them with confidence.
Bea’s practice is limited to family law matters, including divorce, alimony, custody, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence and equitable distribution. She is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA), where she is a member of the Family Law Executive Committee, and the Bergen and Essex County bars and sits on the Early Settlement Panels in those counties. She is also current President of the Barry Croland Inn of Court.
She has been recognized in New Jersey Super Lawyers, lectured for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and was a contributing author to New Jersey Elder and Disability Law on family related matters.
