EAST HANOVER, NJ - East Hanover resident, Regina Radomski and Barbara Jean Keane, M.S.W., L.C.S.W. of Pompton Lakes, will be holding a book signing at 7 p.m., on Thursday April 24, at East Hanover Library, located at 415 Ridgedale Avenue. Mrs. Radomski will be signing and reading excerpts from her new book, “From Half to Whole: A Journey to Overcome the Battle Scars of Adoption and Living to Tell About It.”  Regina and her husband adopted two older boys from Poland to complete their family in 2005.

With 5-star reviews, “From Half to Whole” is a raw and honest look at the trials and tribulations of the family’s struggle to adopt and raise these two young boys who came to America, not only with a few stuffed toys in their backpacks, but also with the trauma of their past.

She also shares her personal diary entries and reveals her compelling yet tumultuous journey to acclimate her adopted children to their new environment, and the solace she found in family, friends, and valuable resources she discovered along the way.

With personal letters from Radomski’s husband, adopted children and her biological son, the reader will get their feelings candidly described throughout the last eight years. In addition readers will find meaningful insights from licensed clinical social worker Keane, who will be participating in the book signing event..

Radomski is the founder of Fillin’ the Blanks, a program offering support and solutions during the adoption process.  She is also an Elite Life Coach and the NJ chapter coordinator of PAP (Polish Adoptive Parents Association). Radomski is also currently starting an Adoption Family Planning program to help empower pre- and post-adoptive parents during their journey.
