Attaining Ideal Level of Health is Topic at Old Guard, April 7th

John Bullock, MS, PhD, will speak about attaining an ideal level of health at the April 7th meeting of the Summit Area Old Guard at the New Providence Municipal Center. The 10 a.m. meeting will feature how individuals can achieve their best level of performance based on his or her genetics, conditioning and lifestyle. Dr. Bullock will show how we can improve and prevent future medical problems by assuming responsibility for our own health.
John Bullock is an Adjunct Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has specialized in research in the fields of Diabetes, Gallbladder Disease, and Gerontology. He has written numerous papers on his research and has published six Medical Physiology textbooks.
All area 50-plus active men are invited to attend meetings of the Summit Area Old Guard on Tuesday mornings at the New Providence Municipal Center at 360 Elkwood Avenue. A coffee hour starts at 9:15 a.m. that is followed by a 10 a.m. short business meeting. Old Guard members participate in sports, bridge, hikes, trips, plays, concerts and cultural events. A trip to the famed Longwood Gardens is planned for May 7th and in June, Old Guard Members will visit the Sculpture Garden in Hamilton.
