James Weichert Jr. is pleased to announce that Antoinette “Toni” George, who owned Summit-based Claremont Realty Group, has chosen to join Weichert, Realtors in a regional role as Director of Business Development. In this role, George will work closely with Weichert sales managers and executives to help them maximize the opportunities for growing their business and sales force.

“I am pleased to welcome Toni to our team,” said Weichert. “As the former owner of an independent boutique real estate agency that emphasized personalized service, Toni prides herself on her strong roots and community involvement in Summit and the surrounding areas. In a related announcement, 13 sales associates from Claremont Realty Group have chosen to join Weichert, Realtors’ Summit office as sales associates. These associates include: Donna Arace, Stephen Jay Brown, Rachel Buntin, Marcia Coviello, George Fieldsend, Jason Forster, Linda Gargiulo, Trish Ollom, Neki Robinson, Kate Roessle, Sara Russo and Rose Whippich. Additionally, Lisa Becker and Bianca D’Alessio will join Weichert as referral associates.

Toni George has been a licensed real estate professional for 20 years, and was most recently the principal/managing broker of record of Claremont Realty Group. A long-time resident of Summit, George is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) and North Central Jersey Association of Realtors. A top producer, she achieved Top 1% production in a real estate company of 750 agents before founding Claremont Realty Group, and has served as chairman of the verification committee to the NJAR Circle of Excellence Committee for the past seven years. George is also a trustee for Summit Downtown Inc. and a Summit Affordable Housing board member, as well as an active volunteer with Susan G. Komen for the Cure and a previous board member for Summit Junior Baseball.
