Annual Fishing Derby – Saturday, April 14, 2012

The New Providence P.B.A. Local #132 and New Providence Recreation will hold their annual TROUT FISHING CONTEST at Oakwood Park on Saturday, April 14th 8:00-11:00AM. Bring your rod & reel to fish for trout of varying sizes stocked in theOakwood Park pond. Prizes, generously donated by the PBA, will be awarded at 11:00AM to participants age 15 and under who catch one of the six big lunkers! Fees are $5.00/person or $7.00/family. On-line registration is available atwww.newprov.org/recreation or in person at the Recreation Department. Fishermen between 16 and 69 years old are required to have a NJ fishing license with a trout stamp.
