An Evening With Richard Rodgers and Friends

The Metropolitan Orchestra of New Jersey is pleased to announce its spring concert, “An Evening With Richard Rodgers and Friends”, to be performed on Saturday evening, June 2, at 7:00 pm at Hartshorn School, 400 Hartshorn Drive, Short Hills. The evening’s performance, under the direction of Maestro, Michael Stratechuk, will include orchestral works of American composer, Richard Rodgers - Slaughter on Tenth Avenue (with piano soloist, Mark Yolleck), Victory at Sea, and The Carousel Waltz – to name just a few. Among his contemporaries and ‘friends’ will be selections by Jerry Bock (Symphonic Dances from “Fiddler On the Roof”), Lerner and Loewe, and others.
