SHORT HILLS, NJ – This week, Towne Realty Group, LLC announced that Adam Schachter has joined the firm. Since opening its doors in 2006, Towne Realty Group has transacted almost $750 million in sales.

Schachter was born and raised in Livingston. Upon graduating from Livingston High School in 1992, he went on to earn a Psychology degree from Syracuse University. Next, he pursued a lucrative career in Manhattan, selling real estate in NY City for sixteen years, and for the last five years was a partner in a real estate firm on Fifth Avenue. After many years of living in the tri-state area, Schachter has returned to Livingston, with his family, and lives near his childhood home.

"I recently made the decision to focus my expertise and excellent negotiating skills, working locally, and received my Broker license in New Jersey in December," said Schachter. "Along with my business partner, Andrea Schuller Fine, who is also originally from Livingston, and now lives now in Short Hills, I will be focusing my passion for people and business, at Towne Realty Group in Short Hills, NJ."

Schachter said that "with strong relationship skills and an in depth knowledge of Suburban Essex County, I am excited to begin this new chapter in residential real estate locally, in my backyard."

As seasoned sales associates, combined, Schachter and Fine have 26 years of experience, with a full understanding of new construction, renovation, condo and townhome living, as well as a deep understanding of the many neighborhoods, restaurants, schools and the life of a commuter.

Schachter can be reached at 917-653-2493 or www.TRGhome.com.
