A Non-Politician Relies on Politics to Serve her Fellow New Jerseyans
Monday, September 30, 2013 • 5:10pm
An interesting phenomenon has occurred in New Jersey politics this year. Members of the community, who have had no prior experience or interest in politics, have examined the issues facing New Jersey and the nation and decided to run for office.
One such individual is Avery Ann Hart of Kinnelon. She loves New Jersey and her present home and has become alienated by the intrusive political infighting that she has witnessed and is so prominently displayed by the print and electronic media. It is Hart’s hope to play a role in having politicians work together for the good of the people, rather than against each other.
She has seen this infighting on the local, County and State levels, and now, with Congress threatening to shut down the government, has vowed to serve the average taxpayer whose needs are being ignored by those in office.
Avery has examined New Jersey’s health system, which she believes requires better preparedness with health practices in order to be moving forward over time.
She has been a public advocate since 2007 and, as a therapist, has been privileged to work with many people in crises and distress. This work has deepened Avery’s respect for human dignity and a sense of empathy for others. In addition, Avery has served as an investigative probation officer, licensed clinical social worker, author, educator and eco-activist, giving her a wide range of experiences, knowledge and skills.
Avery is the author of numerous books dealing with the quality of life available to fellow New Jerseyans. She also wants to make a college education affordable to all those who qualify, as those students will be the future of New Jersey and America.
Avery Ann Hart is the “non-politician” who will rely on politics to serve her fellow New Jerseyans.
