A Bit of Good News: Hurricane Sandy-Resistant Millburn Children Trick or Treat

MILLBURN, NJ - Hurricane Sandy and the lack of power did not stop several dozen children from South Mountain from trick or treating in Millburn tonight. Here are some photos of the happy children making the best out of a bad situation.
