77-Year-Old Man Mugged in 5th Ward

PATERSON, NJ - A 77-year-old man walking down E. 21st Street Friday afternoon was mugged by two young men, police said.
The victim told police that one of the men grabbed his gold chain, while the other punched him and knocked him to the ground. Both suspects were describes as young black mean wearing white tops and blue jeans. One of them had green eyes, a distinguishing characteristic that authorities hope will help them catch the suspects.
