$1 Million Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in New Jersey Expires May 16

TRENTON, NJ - "Check your wallet, clean out the drawers and dig in your pants pockets because a New Jersey Lottery player, somewhere, has a $1 million winning Powerball ticket that will expire on May 16," stated Judith Drucker, Public Relations Manager for the New Jersey Lottery

The Powerball ticket was sold in Middlesex County at the Super Stop & Shop, located at 24 Summerfield Boulevard and Route 522 in Dayton, South Brunswick on Wednesday, May 16, 2012.

The winning numbers are 03, 07, 21, 28 and 43 and the Red Power Ball number is 02. 

Ticket holders have one year from the date of the game to claim their prize. This $1 million ticket will officially expire on May 16, 2013.

As soon as possible, anyone who holds this ticket should:
 
  • Sign the back of the ticket
     
  • Contact Lottery Headquarters at 609-599-5800
     
  • Visit a local Lottery retailer as soon as possible to validate the ticket and file the claim before the ticket expires
