Ms. Morales was charged with N.J.S.A. 2C: 20-11B(2) Shoplifting.

On 11/28/2009 at approximately 11:52 AM a Millburn police officer was notified by Neiman Marcus Loss Prevention staff that a shoplifting had just occurred. The officer saw the suspect attempting to enter a car that he had just ticketed for a fire zone violation in the parking lot of The Mall at Short Hills. Abdul Q. The investigating officer recognized the actor as the suspect in a Patrol Alert concerning a theft from Bloomingdales that occurred on 11/24/2009 at approximately 5:52 PM. At that time the Millburn Police responded to Bloomingdales on a report that a man stuffed two coats into a shopping bag and ran out of the store and entered the passenger side of a waiting vehicle. The vehicle then fled the scene. The coats had a combined value of $2,600.00. Investigation resulted in Mr. Livingston being charged as the alleged actor in this incident. During the investigation the car suspected of leaving the scene was observed driving south on Spring Street. Also, damage was found to the car’s rear passenger side bumper. On 11/23/2009 at approximately 6:42 PM the Millburn Police responded to a South Terrace residence on a report by the homeowner that a burglar was fleeing from the home. The resident reports that while she was in her den she heard a noise. She got up to investigate and confronted a man inside the home by the front door. When she called out to the actor he fled out the kitchen door. Officers found a basement door and window open. Jewelry was reported missing from a bedroom.
