The 2nd Annual Mindful Living Holistic Health and Wellness Fair will take place on Sunday, March 22, 2009, from 12-4 p.m. at The Woman’s Club of Maplewood, in Maplewood, New Jersey. The Fair is FREE to the public and sponsored by Mindful Living NJ Corporate sponsor Whole Foods Millburn/Union.
The basis for the Mindful Living Holistic Health and Wellness Fair is to provide the community with an opportunity to experience natural approaches to health by showcasing vendors who specialize in a wide array of holistic health and wellness disciplines. In addition to holistic health and wellness practitioners, Mindful Living NJ is also committed to educating the community on green lifestyle choices.
The fair will include family-friendly entertainment, as well as free food and beverages from local restaurants.
FREE KIDS ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP:
12:15 p.m.: Musical performance by sister sing sister string
1:15 p.m.: Blue Life Karate workshop for kids
2:15 p.m.: Shakti Yoga and Living Arts presents yoga for kids
