If you are the epitome of cool, or want to be, you belong at RUNNELLS Specialized Hospital Foundation’s 6th Annual Party in the Park with "The Rat Pack" tribute band concert. The popular event, held to benefit the lives of the residents and patients of RUNNELLS Specialized Hospital of Union County will be at Oak Ridge Park, Clark, Wednesday, August 11th, starting 6:30 PM.
"Party in the Park" participants will relax in the party tent listening to the music of the "Rat Pack", known for quality standards, during the Union County Summer Arts Festival concert. Of course there will be an All American Grilled Buffet, microbrewed beer and wine. Parking is included. "The Union County Freeholders are pleased by the accomplishments of the RUNNELLS Specialized Hospital FOUNDATION," said Union County Freeholder Mohamed S. Jalloh, RUNNELLS liaison. "Their fundraising endeavors have enabled them to do numerous things to create the best quality of life possible for the residents and patients of RUNNELLS. These include purchasing computers and wide screen TV’s; redecorating the main lobby with furniture and accessories including a baby grand piano and getting attractive patio furniture for the courtyard, great for events or visiting."
RUNNELLS, located at 40 Watchung Way in Berkeley Heights is Central New Jersey’s premier provider of quality, compassionate Nursing Care for long-term residents and individuals with short term Sub-Acute Rehabilitation needs. The facility also offers care for those with Alzheimers type dementia; Palliative Care for the relief of symptoms while an illness or condition is being treated or for the best quality, end-of-life care. Respite stays are available.
