Groundbreaking Held at Canturbury Village
Saturday, May 26, 2012 • 9:23am
Canterbury Village will embark on a special 7 month journey. Canterbury Village is being redesigned as a building that supports the dignity of seniors by creating a more home-like setting. This expansion and renovation, although modest in size, will be huge in impact for those who will live and work at Canterbury Village. New amenities will include a new entry and lobby, a great room with a fireplace, country kitchen, library, art studio, lounge, nurse’s suite, and landscaped courtyards. The project is almost entirely devoted to creating comforts and conveniences. The project will create more options for socializing , participating in activities , and sharing time with family and friends.
Canterbury Village will have all of the same amenities as the larger facilities in the area but scaled down for the cozy, intimate place that Canterbury Village is.
